1.Fermenting Process. We need to select high-quality garlic as raw material to make black garlic.Put fresh garlic into the fermenting machine and then start fermenting prcoess.Generally, the fermenting process needs 9 days to complete.Here is a picture of the color change of black garlic in the fermenting process.
2.After completing fermenting process, we can start to dry process. We have set 9 days drying time in this process.In the drying process, the black garlic mositure can be controlled.We suggest the black garlic moisture reach about 30-33%.
