HY-100 Black Garlic Fermentation Machine is a small capacity machine for making black garlic.It has 20 pcs fermenting trays and input capacity is about 100kg fresh garlic and output is about 50kg black garlic.
Our black garlic machine use anhydrous fermenting technology to black garlic.It's operation is easy and the quality is stable.Both the fermenting trays and machine's body are made of SUS 304.
The process is mainly includes fermenting and drying process and the total process cycle is about 18days.
